Amanda Bossard was just out of high school when she started her marine biology education at Alaska PacificUniversity in Anchorage. Bossard started her career as a commercial seafood worker in the year 1999. Bossard began working at the vessel F/V Sunset which was a 65' halibut schooner which was converted into a salmon tender for Murat Aritan who was employed in commercial fishing since. Bossard who is the wife of Aritan she has joined alliance to gain access to their respective industries. They believe in conservative, sustainable managing of the renewable resources for seafood. Otolith is a wholesale direct seafood retailer, was founded in 2007 by Bella Bossard (age 3), Andre Bossard (1 year old) and the Bossard's mother. Bossard had returned to Philadelphia after the birth of her two children. Bossard in 2007, mother of two children Bella, age 3, and Andre 1. She returned to Philadelphia from her home in Canada opened otolith as a direct market wholesale seafood distributor.
